As suggested, I've put some protection in front of The Consort's core, and enlarged the gatling blasters a little (as they do damage 19 now)

For The Empress, I've tried to use more Alien pieces.

I think I have a penchant for pink and cyan from the lightguns from two-player arcade cabinets (Point Blank, Lethal Enforcers, etc.)

Thanks for the warm (and rapid) welcome. The magenta is custom colour, whilst the teal is player defined. I see what you mean about the overstretch.

I'm going by the scale of BFs default ships here, but the patrol craft this has been generating for me have been the size of battleships (6 to 8 pieces) - compared to the 2-piece patrol craft in the game.
