If you're not Darkling, then you've definitely improved. That much I can say. The new ships are decent, but a little bland and too square to really seem practical. When I saw the first ship, I wanted to make several comments which undoubtedly would have gotten me banned. I have to say though, the new corvettes are an improvement, but the dreadnought is still horrid. You might want to hold off on building such a huge ship till later, there's too much repetition...
