UPDATE: Had to rework the Hawk AGAIN 'cause I kept failing to save her, this makes the 3rd time re-constructing that hull. Experimenting with a new wing type for the cruisers, which I had intended to put on the battlecruiser and dreadnought. I'm not sure about the new profile this presents on the cr...

Welcome. First off, try editing your post to get rid of the "?action=view&current=" from your IMG URLs, so that instead of "http://s877.photobucket.com/albums/ab332/impwarior/?action=view&current=SMscreen00.png" it looks like "http://s877.photobucket.com/albums/ab332...

UPDATE: Two new ships, the Hawk and Eagle class cruisers. The cruiser fleet is nearly complete, just have the battlecruiser then it's on up to the dreadnought, battleship, and carrier. I'll probably do a round of small ships before I try the carrier, though. As for the Falcon, I'll see about making ...

UPDATE: New ship, the Falcon-Class Light Attack Cruiser. EDIT/UPDATE: I started on an experiment to create a point-defense shield drone. I now present to you the XD-01 Buckler. http://s32.photobucket.com/albums/d45/BladeSkydancer/Battleships%20Forever/BucklerDrone.png Sparrow-class frigate equipped ...

Not bad, not bad at all. As earlier posters said, the repetition of the spinal aft should be altered. Break it up a little and the battleship will look pretty decent to my eyes. A slight issue I have is that I cannot for the life of me pick out the BB's armrament; is it unarmed in that picture?

New Ship, Updated Ships

UPDATE: Posted a new ship type, and updated the images for the other three ships. Included an animated gif of the Raven's torpedoes. That little green section also looks... out of place, but that's just a trivial thing. That's the bridge, and it's colored default so that you can easily, visually ide...

New project

Been working on some new ships, based on my Dracon Empire idea I've been building on for years. Hopefully their ships translate well to Battleships Forever. http://s32.photobucket.com/albums/d45/BladeSkydancer/Battleships%20Forever/Snipe.png Snipe-class Defender Corvette http://s32.photobucket.com/a...

I know there's some weapon spamming, and I'm cleaning a few of them up(the smaller hulls particularly), but these ships are supposed to have quite a few number of weapons, and all of the capital classes broadside; so no more than half weapons on most ships are firing. But I do agree that the Hel has...

Question about ship building

Is it possible to make a railgun turret not pierce past certain sections, and instead do all of its damage up front to one section? I've been wondering this for a while, because the gauss cannons for my Earthfleet ships which are railguns aren't supposed to pierce(maybe once to get past certain armo...

Carriage-class TT and Cataclysm Missile

Shipyard Alpha also keeps a comprehensive list of Rebel ships and technologies. This Rebel ship data will help to improve our ships in the future, and may even allow us to employ some of the technologies used aboard their ships. It's unclear where the Outer Colony Rebels get their technologies, but...

Well, it's virtually immobile. Only way I could do it without it constantly spinning. In lore, though, it's completely immobile and needs to be towed by a tug ship.

Its movement stats are the same as the Valhalla, speed 0.01, accel 0.01, turn 0.00.

Siege Railgun Platform

Hello, today I come to you with another station. However, this one's tiny(as far as stations go), but it's effectively a gunship-sized railgun. Why would this be necessary? The starbases are *huge* and require massive siege weapons to destroy. The Rebels get an equivalent, the Siege Ion Cannon. SIEG...
