Very interesting stuff. The Tethys is a really cool idea, and I dig the purple a lot. Whats the color of the shield by the way? The Chimera I imagine is quite cool, if I could see the animation. It has a pleasing shape and the colors are nice. The Killsaw sounds top notch :), nothing wrong with spin...

Exethalion: Alrighty, yeah, in hindsight I should have spent more time on those. Slayer0019: Yup, the shield is powered by a rotating circle. The effect, I think, is pretty spiffy, but I'm not too sure how to make an animated gif... Razin: That always bothered me as well, but it being my first try o...

New Lurker Ship for New Shipmaker

Howdy everyone. I got to say, this new Shipmaker is mighty spiffy, so I thought I'd give it a go. Here, for your consideration, the Regolith . http://i495.photobucket.com/albums/rr317/Wuggles_bucket/SMscreen00-1.png The Regolith is a heavy assault utility cruiser. Armed with a conventional armament ...

Ah shoot, you are right Himura.Kenshin. Man, I hate messing with depths, maybe I'm just a little dumb, but they always confuse me and they take forever. Well working on the mothership/main station now. Haven't quite decided which yet, considering it could go both ways. Thanks for the feedback everyo...

I like the whole shape of the ships, but their insides could use some work. There seems to be alot of section spam, and it takes away from alot of the pleasing shapes. If I may be bold, I'd say you should make proper use of the sections to create specified areas to where to place weapons, as of now ...

Well I have to say I love the shape of the whole design, very sting-ray like. The Overlaping of the aegis fields isn't as pretty looking though. Perhaps you could clean that part up a bit. The color scheme is very nice and really bring attention to the center, which I like. Your section usage is ver...

Blackhart : Yeah it was intentional, I thought it looked cool Squishy : One part, I didn't know how, Two parts, I want to polish em a bit, One part, I want to finish the fleet = My explanation :) XEALMOX : Uh, all I did was take a section, rectangular or one of the wings, make it very skinny, and p...

Well thanks for all the feedback guys! The stations were by far more fun to make then the ships; I didn't have to worry about mirroring. Asymmetry holds supreme! And thanks for the note on not selecting anything in the editor to prevent that ugly little blue outline, as you all can see on the bulwar...

Long time lurker shares his stuff, mini update 12/31

Hadrins Lore to Come Hadrin Fleet Ships within the Hadrin armada are organized into numerical levels. The numeral corresponds to the hundreds of health it has. Also certain letters in the nomenclature of their ships correspond to a particular strategy or purpose they encompass. First Letter: B: Bla...

Thanks Bad Boy, the only modded weapon is the Eye of Horus on Menthu. Its fires 5 1000 damage beams that pierce 10 sections, so 500 damage a section for 10 sections. Its also blue. Oh and Apep's demeters are 5 damage and 10% chance of being destroyed.

- Thanks Raul :)
- Well that explains a lot natan, My smaller ships were piercing through the outer armor faster then the other way around. And how does one fine tune the turning/positioning?

Shipyard of the Anubites

So, hello BF. Just signed up to share my creations with the world. I'm not much of a story teller so I don't have a backstory for my ships, but I took their names for the Egyptian pantheon so I could always run with that. Anyway: http://img222.imageshack.us/img222/6889/bfscreen00ka2.th.png The Apep ...
