Sounds sensible enough. We have a consensus so far on this vote.

Re: Workbee & Co - Warbee Download On Page 3

Epic work as usual, Seraph. The Bees have quite an unusual shape to them, but it's pulled off quite expertly. I also quite like the shading work with the doodads. Something seems a bit off with the outer arms on the Workerbee, somehow, but I can't quite put my finger on it. Might be that they're too...

Alternative challenge: Create a giant, monochrome ship out of only section 22's, and don't get murdered for it.

Exactly, multiplication blending. But as for getting your sections to have the flesh part blended but not the bone, you'll have to resort to layering the flesh color as a doodad on top of the section.

Correct. GM re-coloring uses the multiplication method of blending, if I remember correctly.

Yes, but I think we can excuse him this once. It was his first post, so his reason fits, and now that he knows which order the topics are in, he won't be necroing again.
Broose, I'd suggest you read through the Hall of Rules, so that you don't slip up like this again.

Looks pretty good, though the aegis'd prow really bugs me. Aesthetically, I don't like the aegis modules themselves. Also, gameplay wise, I think having an invulnerable prow is a really bad idea, as it will draw out fights for too long, and can easily result in stalemates. What I would suggest is to...

If I'm correct in my guess as to how section parenting is currently implemented (section has id values of its children, and in destroy event, it destroys all of its children), AND style multi-parenting would be trivial to implement in BSF, and not much more complicated to add into the SM. The system...

Umm, Danny, both of those images are .PNG's, and he hasn't edited the post yet. They are, however, slightly zoomed in, which is creating the blur you're mistaking for jpeg-fail. Oh, and in addition to my previous post, please, for the love of all that is sane, scrap/redo the shields. A more classic ...

Actually, the glow on the engines could possibly be improved by adding a similarly coloured exthruster to it, so that movement of the ship makes them flare up. A couple sections near the centre feel over-stretched, the circle of particular note. Try making a couple custom sections to replace the str...
