wouldnt group rotate+mirror do the same thing? or as said, just have the section you want to mirror parented to one piece, and clone it, then rotate it around till it lines up. I'm sure your right about where this post should be by the roc, but it does make sense to put questions about making custom...

bomber fires and flies slower but does more damage? This looks interesting, I like your back stories the most. If the event horizon is balanced against the Hades, I'm not sure I want to fight it. Only one of my ships could stand up to it

Ok, in the Fanship category, I enter this battlestar. It is not Galactica, strictly speaking, but one of the four battlestars Commander Cain built on the planet Poseidon, as detailed in Richard Hatches book, BSG:WARHAWK. As such it is slightly customized, but only in the sense that Cain would have m...

Nice delta(is that what its called?) design!
If your owning Seraph's ships, its probably too powerful...Not that theres anything wrong with being able to win against one but I don't think yours is anywhere near the size...good job though.

The Tiger class destroyer was developed late in the Cylon war when the enemy started developing ships too strong for fighters to attack. Although human pilots had proved themselves superior to cylons many times, especially the later robotic versions, the loss of life and the practical amount of time...

Ah your both right. I was going from memory and I had a vague recollection of the original being octagonal, and the new one they usually just show close up shots of. I will probably fix it without too much trouble since the six points look better anyway. As to the weaponry I'm leaning towards swarm ...

Battlestar Galactica - Tiger class Destroyer added

Ok first off, this is my loose interpretation of Battle star ships. Being that I am a avid fan of both the original series, the re-imagined one, and yes even 1980, the ships are a combination of those ships abilities. Problem being that, for example, the original base star was more advanced in every...

Hmm much improved, although weapons placement could use some work. I like how you lined the edges of sections up, alot of people don't do that.

I was trying to do custom colors and save them to use on multiple pieces but it reset every time I colored a piece, hense the ...

Repetition can be at least partially fixed by accenting it. Add patterns over it, or turrets and the like. Real ships have tons of repetition so theres nothing wrong there, just be neat about it.

They are certainly functional designs. I had a tenancy to run out of blocks trying to make juggernauts but on here thats no problem. In fact I suggest your next step be to add embellishments to make the ship look more complex. Not necessarily larger like many on here but turrets under the guns, outl...
