trying a differant technique, please help

I'm working towards a good stock fleet, while also trying to create a good base for my pirate empire faction. This is on a much smaller scale than I wanted but it works for Grinder and I was really just fooling around anyway. Tell me what you think. Credit to LukeRM for the astroid base idea! http:/...

Anna's is good, although I prefer Commodore's...As far as Daxx goes, I don't think even TBE was advocating skipping him entirely, we just didn't like his submission. I mean no offense in this particular case we do have a right to say no to it as a majority, which we did rather decisively. To be fair...

In retrospect, I do like the idea of the antennas, although perhaps their placement needs tweaking...I also like how you made the engines more bulky. I think part of what is throwing it off for me is that you need to line up some of the pieces better, although you may have done this is the final ver...

well its a good evolution of your last design, though I would use fewer demeters and make them launch more perhaps. Theres nothing wrong with commenting on an old thread as long as you have something productive to say, beyond "cool ship" Of course if its a really old thread perhaps a pm to...

I prefer the first one, as the second detracts from what everyone else has done so far. I did notice a depth error involving the 21s at the front of the first ship though. That and I just noticed the 25 on one of the engines didnt get sent back. I think what happened was when I added back the 23s I...

Thank you for your honesty and more importantly your explanation, it will be very helpful in redesigning the ship. And I am a very bad man  That ship has sooo much flak, it can stand against seraph's Andromeda for awhile  Just a thought, on the x-wing...If there are four lasers tot...

main things that stick out are the section 18s. Move them down and forward slightly so they line up with stuff. Otherwise a very decent first submission, and good job on getting the parenting down.

Ok here is what I got. I've had to make it a .rar file to fit the upload min. Let me know if that is a problem. As far as the plasma exchange-rabble rabble, I don't have time to read all those posts right now but I gather its the plasma charges which are still there. If I cut out something else, I a...

Also; What happened to mah damn waste packaging and ejection system? Demeters look kinda naff as turrets, at least in this case. Any kind of covering-up-with-another-turret generally looks bad. Only exceptions I've found were beamers and railguns. Secondly; What is with that utterly useless aegis o...
