The color scheme nor the shape really scream Phoenix. I agree that the name's not very fitting, though. Name is changed now. Not bad. Very Anna. I like the new triangular thruster block. It's definitely influenced by his style. It would be foolish to not take cues from the top shipbuilders. At the ...

alright, here's version 2. I added some to the back to break up the blockiness, and I redid the engines (I'm really happy with how they turned out this time. http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y170/xphoenix87/BFscreen0119-1.jpg (just realized this picture doesn't have the thruster modules on it. They ...

I don't really like the ship's name. A phoenix should be nimble and gracious, not some bulky chunks strapped together. The name will probably change, depending on what I end up naming the entire fleet. I just had to call it something, and that was all that came to mind :P. I don't think it really n...

The Ascendancy
This is the first ship for the fleet I'm building to counter the Do'Rylus . It's really my first venture into ships that are more angular, less smooth and curvy. I'd love to hear any advice or criticism you guys have about the ship. http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y170/xphoenix87/BFscreen0116-1.jpg...

I really like the headquarters. It's very simple, and that's not a bad thing. It does a good job conveying depth, and the shape is nice. The only qualm I might have is with the point beam placement, I think you might be able to find a better place for them since they look a bit strange where they cu...

alright, because I'm a nice guy and, apparently, have nothing better to do, I'll take a look at all the ships. Here are my thoughts on the Hiss Nebula. Anata - Again, way too much section 21. The general shape of the ship isn't terrible, but because you insist on not combining those 21s with other p...

1) If you want comments and criticism, post pictures. Most people won't want to download 3 zip files worth of ships for each fleet just to give you criticism. 2) Show me something in the picture that makes me think there's any hope for the other ships, and then maybe I'll download them and take a lo...

I was thinking you might be able to change the yellow sections back near the engines to blue. That and maybe the yellow slivers by the core. That might give a bit better blend of the two colors. Of course, that's just guesswork, without actually tinkering with it it's tough for me to see where blue ...
