I like the style on these ships. The first thing I thought when i saw the cruiser is that it looks like a Caldari Ferox.

You can improve the shields by adding support beams and the like. Extra armor plates *MIGHT* look good on them to add a bit of detail.

I love the flagship, its only slightly weapon spammy, and I think you could stack some of the deflectors to clean it up a bit.

That looks a lot like those armored machine gun things in Stormwinds.

A strange bug that I've only witnessed in the new version. I'm loving the drill effect on this ship. The whole ship fits together nicely too. By the way, did you happen to name this after the Arahabaki in Naval Ops Commander?

Lower the amount of weapons by a LOT. Use modded weapons and fewer of them to simulate greater firepower.
