Make sure UAC (User Account Control) is turned off too. I hear that causes problems. You heard wrong. ;) Run it in compatibility mode for Windows XP and it'll run fine. Depends on how you install it. Custom cores. That seems to be the only thing that hasn't been touched.

Also, rather than having min-max size targeting for turrets, why not have a flag that causes them to ignore targets that are moving faster than they can turn instead?
