If I may, is there any particular reason why your empire (which must span entire star systems) has a smaller overall population than the United States of America? :?

Don't get me wrong; your ships are awesome, but the idea of an interstellar plague just seems kind of silly to me... :?

There's a bit of repetition on the Hammer and Victory that I wouldn't mind playing with; otherwise, they look pretty solid. Seconded. Out of all the ships you have posted thus far, I am a particular fan of the Guardian-Class vessel (as seems to be the case of a lot of people posting here). Really? ...

Thanks all for the comments! I'm afraid that, yet again, other responsibilities prevent me from posting all that I'd like, but at least you get to see the rest of the Navy as it stands for the moment. Warships of the Interstellar Union

Blueshift -class Escort http://i30.photobucket.com/albums/c348/DraTuicichNovae/INBlueshift.png Early variants of the Blueshift -class (such as the Mark III, pictured above) are deployed throughout the Interstellar Union. Commonly used as rapid-response units, they are generally the first to encount...

If so, then in what respects? Let's just say that these weapons are stronger than stock. And yes, anything with greater tonnage than a Monitor can easily wreck the Leviathan. :P lol. But... why? :? I've got a few "wank" ships, but they're only "wanked" by virtue of happening to ...

I see you were inspired by the Blackbird, no?

EDIT: blast it, somebody else had to see it first...

I don't really like the section spam that much. Try switching them around a bit.

The general shape is good, though.

Re: The most entertaining weapon?

My pick: The gravbeam. Flinging Asteroids and meteors at enemies is a satisfying way to kill. I prefer flinging my enemies at the asteroids, myself. Much more satisfying, I say, if not as effective. Modded weapons... Have to say shock beamer. Set damage to 50 or so = Leviathan-sized beam. :D

I'm loving your Scimitar model. That thing is probably the only ship I like in all of Star Trek, the Sovereign-class aside.

Good job on most of the others though, they look pretty close to the show.

You mean repeated use of sections? I tried to keep it minimal, but I'll be redoing the nose and the outer sections (parallel to the bridge in dark gray). This is a (very) rough outline of what I was thinking of for the final hull shape: <snip> Whoa... I think I'd be looking forward to you finishing...

I see this becoming massively and hilariously phallic.

Other than that, though, it's awesome...
