I played around with the front for quite a bit, and I ended up copy n` pasting the front of an older WIP onto it. After a bit of cleaning up, I think that parts turned out nicely. Still iffy about the rear and I will most likely completely rework whenever I have the time. http://filesmelt.com/dl/fal...

Looks good. Just a thing. In the previous ones, the darker weapons fitted properly with the color scheme, but in this the white turrets seem to stick out too much. I'd say darken them a bit. I agree, the lighter weapon sprite did stick out a bit, so I recolored it to be a darker shade of grey. And ...

Very nice, but I gotta say I like the front part of the ship more than the back. It just seems like the front flows better. Reminds me of the spindly look of some AD's stuff.

Not much else that really occurs to me, overall quite nice.

Shelving the first ship for the time being becuase I haven't found a way to improve it in a way I'm happy with. If you happen to have any specific ideas about what I could do to improve it, feel free to share. Also, I've finished the 2nd ship and made another smaller ship. Cinquedea http://filesmelt...

Two new random ships in a similar style. I felt they were more interesting than the ships I usually throw together while bored, so I felt like posting them.

Although I'm flattered by your comment Silver Swordsman, the Clairvoyance isn't a holy ship and I'd probably slap Kaelis for lowering the quality bar for the HS Thread. (Which he already did enough of by giving Melvin his update) It kinda looks like my Ancardia  .. I began working on the quite ...

Pollution in space.....hmmm sounds interesting to me, gas surviving in a vacuum :? Someone's never played Sins of a Solar Empire. (TEC refineries, polluting for a better tomorrow.) As for the ships, I think the Element looks the best out of all of them, but the front and rear dual-particle cannons ...

In general, the main problem your ships suffer from is poor section work. When placing sections, put some thought into and think about how the sections mesh and flow with each other. Some parts of your ships look quite well-done, however, they are surrounded by poor section work and are apart of spa...

The concept of using BSF for ground units isn't exactly new. However, no one has ever executed it as well as you have. The internal work is nice, the Turrets are good, and the trigger usage adds some nice extras to the ships.

could use some sleeking up. The "wings" mostly. You could just ignore my advice and keep it looking buff if thats what you really want. Yeah, the wings didn't come out exactly as planned, and I'm still working to make them look better. My two main nitpicks are the glowing blue sections yo...
